 On the occasion of MEDICA 2009 fair, the global No.1 meeting point for the medical sector, Enterprise Europe Yorkshire (EEY) in cooperation with the Healthcare Sector Group (HSG) of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) are coorganisers of an International Brokerage Event, providing both the business and science sector with assistance to find partners in European countries for product development, manufacturing and licensing agreements, research co-operation, joint ventures or similar partnerships.

The EEY team would like to offer Yorkshire and Humber Healthcare companies the chance to:
· Use the event for international business opportunities.
· Meet providers of new technologies from all over Europe in one location.
· Get in contact with potential partners for future collaboration.
· Establish cross-border contacts for long-lasting business relationships.

The venue for this year's EEN Brokerage Event at Medica is Hall 6, gallery, Dusseldorf Messe, Germany.

Deadlines
Deadline for registration and submission of profiles is the 30 September 2009.
Deadline for selection of dialog partners is the 15 October 2009.
Deadline for the rejection for meeting requests is the 31 October 2009.

Participation fee and payment conditions:
- A participation fee of 200 EUR + VAT (up to 5 profiles) will be charged to each participating organisation submitting profiles. For each profile beyond the first 5 a fee of 40 EUR + VAT will be charged.

Start-ups (beginning 1.1.2007) will be granted a rebate of 50%; a copy of the certificate of registration or similar to be sent to the main organiser not later than 30 September 2009, mailto:jc@zenit.de.

NB The fee does not include the MEDICA entrance ticket.

The fee will be invoiced upon registration and has to be paid immediately after receipt of invoice. In case of more than five profiles inserted, a second invoice will be issued.
